About Us
As an educator, I’ve witnessed firsthand how many children struggle to keep up in school – not because they lack ability, but because they lack the right guidance, pace, or confidence. That’s why I founded this tuition centre to bridge the learning gap by providing tailored support that helps students not only catch up but accelerate their learning with confidence.

English
Our English Program is designed to build strong literacy foundations while nurturing confidence and creativity in young learners. Students develop not just technical skills — but the ability to think, communicate and express themselves clearly. Whether your child needs support or extension, our English Program helps them progress with clarity and confidence.
What we cover:
Maths
Our Maths Program builds strong number sense, problem-solving confidence and logical thinking in every child. Based on Australia and Singapore Maths Program, we focus on helping students truly understand mathematical concepts rather than just memorising steps. Designed for mastery and depth, this program builds strong number sense, visual reasoning and problem-solving confidence.
What we cover:
Our team consists of expert tutors and fully qualified, experienced teachers who understand how to motivate and engage students.
We take time to get to know each learner’s strengths, challenges, and goals — because effective learning begins with understanding.
We accept the following payment methods:
Full payment is required two weeks before the start of a new term.
All seats are reserved only upon payment of fees.
Enrolments
Full payment must be made for a full term (10 lessons) or the remaining lessons of the current term at the time of enrolment.
Enrolment receipt must be presented to the admin office on the first day of class if student name is not on Roll Call.
We provide a sibling discount of 5% for each additional sibling child onwards.
No refunds or credits will be given for missed lessons, including for holiday absences or change of mind enrolments.
Enrolment can be done by completing our online enrolment form, or by emailing to learning@xcellentacademy.education. Term fees must be paid prior to attending classes.
We keep our class sizes small – typically 8-10 students per class to ensure each student gets individual attention.
Yes, all our tutors are experienced and qualified, with strong academic backgrounds and a passion for teaching.
We offer tuition in core subjects including Mathematics and English. We cater to Primary students Year 1-6.
